Here is a description of how to set up integrations to Stint for automatically tranfer of activities.
How to connect to Strava?
Go to your profil setting in Stint.nu and click «Connect to Strava».
You will be redirected to Strava where you click «Authorize Stint», and then you are redirected back to Stint. Then activities in Strava which is not set to private will automatically transfer to Stint.
How to connect to smart watches?
If you want to automatically tranfer data from a smart watch to Stint and Strava, this is done thru Strava. Follow instruction under «Get started»: https://www.strava.com/upload/device
