Stint Challenge (web site) and Stint (app) are products of Bergstiger AS, Strandgata 106, 6300 Åndalsnes, Norway. By creating an account using sign up in app or accepting an invitation to Stint Challenge web site you automatically approve these terms. Do not sign up or join by invitation if you do not agree.
Registration and Accounts
The services are provided to users from a legal age of binding such a contract as this. In many countries 13 years, which is our minimum age limit, but please make sure to check the legal age in your specific country.
To use our services, you must register with an account. You agree to provide true and accurate data about your user data. You agree that we terminate accounts that to us looks inaccurate or false.
As we will do what we can on our side to keep your account safe, you are solely responsible for keeping your password and account safe by restricting access to your computer, mobile phone with access to a logged in account.
You can at any time terminate and delete your account, data will immediately be anonymized and kept in cooldown for approx. 4 months.
Content
Your display name, profile picture and, public parts of activities you perform (activity title, activity photos) are submitted by you. Stint is not responsible for this content, you as the submitter of content are entirely responsible for the content submitted. Any inappropriate content will be removed and might lead to a shutdown of the account.
Note: Content sharing for now only applies to Stint Challenge, no sharing will happen in the Stint App.
The content submitted by you is owned by you but Stint has rights to use the content. We do not sell, lend or give away content of users.
The content on the platform by Stint is owned by Stint and is not free to copy.
The content of Influencers and other Third-party providers of content is owned by that party and is used By Stint in agreement with the owner.
Liability
You agree that any activity performed using the app is performed at your own risk. Users having a medical condition should consult their doctor before engaging in a challenge or training plan. You promise to never sue Stint because of injury or damage or health condition caused by exercise using the app or website.
