Stint is a product of Bergstiger AS, Strandgata 106, 6300 Åndalsnes, Norway.
By creating an account through the app or accepting an invitation to Stint by your employer, you automatically accept these terms and conditions.
Do not register or join by invitation if you do not agree.
Registration and Accounts
To use our services, you must be of legal age to enter into a binding agreement.
In many countries, this is 13 years, which is our minimum age limit.
Please verify the legal age in your specific jurisdiction.
When registering for an account, you agree to provide true and accurate information.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that appear to be false or inaccurate.
While we implement measures to protect your account, you are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and account access.
You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be anonymized and retained in a cooldown state for approximately 4 months.
Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit, such as your display name, profile picture, and public activity data (e.g., activity title, photos). However, by submitting content, you grant Stint a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving our services.
Any inappropriate content will be removed and may lead to account termination. Content sharing currently applies only to company group challenges. No content sharing takes place between private users in the Stint app.
Content provided by third-party influencers or partners remains their property and is used by Stint in accordance with their agreements.
All platform content owned by Stint is protected and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
Marketing and Communication
By signing up, you agree to receive service-related communications, including transactional emails and in-app notifications.
You may also receive marketing updates about new features, challenges, or promotional offers.
You can opt out of marketing communications at any time through your account settings or the unsubscribe link in our emails.
User-submitted content that is public (e.g., photos or challenge results) may be used in promotional material unless you opt out by adjusting your privacy settings or contacting support.

We adhere to the GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations.
Liability
You acknowledge that participation in physical activities via the app or website is at your own risk.
Users with medical conditions should consult a healthcare provider before beginning any challenge or training plan.
You agree not to hold Stint liable for any injuries, damages, or health conditions resulting from your use of the app or website.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. You will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or in the appropriate courts of Norway.
